Downtown parade
The Battle of the Atlantic Parade and service is set for Sunday, May 3, starting at 1:40 p.m. It heads west on Dunlop Street to the Cenotaph at Fred Grant Square, with a service at 2 p.m. No parking is available in the area during the event.
Arts and Crafts Association meeting
The Simcoe County Arts and Crafts Association will host two workshops on May 4 starting at 1 p.m. at the Simcoe County Museum. Workshops will be on Yo-Yo fabric flowers and Teddy-bear thimble holders. Please bring a sewing needle, embroidery needle, fabric scissors and a thimble.
