Chicks for Ducks!, a ladies only volunteer chapter of Ducks Unlimited, is gearing up for the Summer Soulstice event.

The event, taking place at Horseshoe Valley Resort on June 19, provides a great ladies night out and helps to raise funds for wetlands.

Summer Soulstice includes dinner, great prizes and live entertainment from local musician Treasa Levasseur.

There will be a live and silent auction including artwork, trips and jewelry.

All proceeds will go towards wetland conservation.
