At the age of 55, Dr. Rob Higgins won two gold medals in Black Belt competition at a recent provincial WTF Taekwondo tournament in Cambridge.

As the founder of OpenDo & StreetDo in Barrie, he considers his "Freedom" at 55 to be best expressed through health, fitness, awareness, and preparedness.

Winning gold in sparring and in patterns/forms was a demonstration and affirmation of living by the principles and teachings he has developed for clients and students of all ages.

He walks the talk, providing a model for personal development and self-defense. For more information about OpenDo & StreetDo, please click the link provided,  or call 725-1717
