Two men accused in a street racing incident that killed an Innisfil truck driver were back in court Wednesday.

Prabjhit Multani, 20, of Etobicoke and Ravi Badhwar, 21, of Mississauga were ordered to return to court June 23 for a preliminary hearing.

They are charged with criminal negligence causing death by street racing, in connection with the June 2007 death of David Virgoe, 48, in the northbound lanes of Highway 400.

Last month, another man, Nauman Nusrar, 20, of Etobicoke, pleaded guilty to the same charge and will be sentenced May 15.
